DietingĀ

It sucks. I'm starving.

I've given up bread and sugar (mostly) and it seems to be getting easier each day, but I still have those moments where I look at baguettes and various pastries like I've fallen madly in  love for the first time. This suffering causes me great pain, but I know that giving up a staple like carbs will help me feel better about my body in the long run. Until I cave that is. If I see my mother during Spring Break, all bets are off. I will eat whatever she makes and I will request that she make lasagna, as it is my comfort food. Then I'll diet again. Until I go to Italy for the Summer (Hopefully) then all bets are off again.

Dieting is so complicated and annoying, and I'm stuck between doing a Keto diet or a Paleo diet. Keto being no carbs or sugar and just high protein intake, while Paleo is protein and fruits, and no carbs or dairy. I keep cheating on my Keto diet with fruit so I may just switch over. Not sure yet. Anyway, hope you all are having a nice week! And eating lots of carbs in my honor.
